Lighthorse Cattle Company raises grass-fed pastured beef on rehabbed land in Redmond for CSA shares from 1/16th to whole animals. Our Native family takes special care with feed and medicines for the animals to maintain optimum health throughout their nurtured, low-stress lives. Animals are humanely harvested on the land and do not go to a kill floor. We practice Native agriculture methods, have a relationship to all aspects of the land. No fertilizers, chemicals or pesticides have been used against the land for nearly a decade.
